The Perfect Day

Wake up every morning at 5 am, before the 99% stir.
Rug up & go for a walk along the beach, listen to the universe downloading your life’s mission into your heart, smile at strangers & watch the Sun Rise.

. Wake up every morning at 5 am, before the 99% stir.
Rug up & go for a walk along the beach, listen to the universe downloading your life’s mission into your heart, smile at strangers & watch the Sun Rise.
Go to a beautiful Cafe & have a Green Tea and Journal all that you are grateful for that has already occurred; I am grateful for my health, I am thankful for my family, I am grateful for this day.
Then journal all that you are mindfully bringing into reality by writing it in the present as though it has already occurred; I always pay my bills before they are due with ease, I always have an abundance of energy to do whatever I want, I always have an abundance of love in my life and so on.
Cook yourself an indulgent organic breakfast; Soft Yolk Poached Eggs, Fry Mushrooms, Onion & Tomatoes in Coconut Oil, Fresh Spinach & Organic Spelt Rye Bread with Murray River Salt Flakes.
Have a heavenly shower with some amazing Organic Shower Gel & shave your legs with a fresh razor.
Dry with a fresh, fluffy, towel.
Lather your skin with Organic Coconut Oil and dress in something FABULOUS!
Slay your day head on and start with the ‘hard’ or ‘unappealing’ things on your to-do list first, before it gets too easy to put them off until another day.
Drink 2 Litres of cold water throughout the day; spice up the flavour with yummy seasonal fruits.
Organise your lunch break with someone inspiring or who you love! A best friend, a mentor, a family member & eat something super delicious & healthy.
Tick off your to-do lists completed tasks and write your next day’s to-do list before finishing for the day.
Drive home listening to a fantastic Podcast or Audiobook that inspires you, enlightens you or grows you.
Greet your partner with a warm embrace, kiss and exchange stories from the day.
Go to your favorite restaurant and share a bottle of delicious wine and a decadent dessert.
Hold hands and walk along the boardwalk and discuss your dreams and plans.
Drive home the scenic route, looking at the stars and the city lights.
Spend at least 1 hour every evening working on a project separate to your “work” that brings in extra income to put aside for something special for yourself, or increases your savings in an area. Eg; Crafts that you sell online or at the markets, blogging, a network marketing company, a side business of sorts, writing an ebook, selling services on a Virtual Assistant basis, etc.
Snuggle into bed in clean, and crisp sheets spritzed with Lavender Oil knowing you have lived the perfect day and tomorrow you will live it again, only slightly better.
Play a guided manifestation meditation CD and drift off to sleep manifesting your dreams into reality.

My First Blog Post – Hello World

Welcome to my blog where I hope to share with you life through the eyes of a Female Entrepreneur & Freelance Marketer.

Welcome to my blog where I hope to share with you life through the eyes of a Female Entrepreneur & Freelance Marketer.

I live on the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia.
Yet I travel a fair bit for my work, so I will be sharing with you my many adventures also.

I don’t have any children, nor do I plan on having any. I guess this stems from the decision a young woman makes when she decides whether to further her education or not. The fact is why go to University for 3 years, climb the corporate ladder (in heels), develop a career, only to have to leave to bare children & inevitably slide back down the rails of the very ladder you just scaled (more on this later).

I do however have 3 Pure Bred Chihuahuas, the Mummy, Daddy & First Born Puppy. I guess you could say that they are my children.

Anyway, lovely to meet you all & I’m excited to get to know you over the coming days, weeks, months & years.

Bye for now.
